DentifyScale ("we", "us") runs patient-acquisition advertising for dental and orthodontic practices in the United States. This policy explains what we collect from visitors to this site and how we use it.

What we collect

When you complete our qualification survey and request a call, we collect: your first name, last name, email address, and phone number; your two survey answers (whether you are a decision maker of a dental or orthodontic practice, and whether you are ready to spend on ads); and advertising click identifiers such as fbclid, gclid, and UTM parameters attached to the link that brought you here.

We also receive standard technical information automatically, including your approximate device type, browser, the page URL you visited, and the referring page.

How we use it

We use your contact details to reach out to you about your requested call — by phone, text message, or email. We use your survey answers to confirm you are a fit for our services before we call. We use the advertising click identifiers and technical information to measure the performance of our advertising and to attribute leads to the ads that produced them.

We never sell your data

We do not sell your personal information to anyone. We share it only with the tools we use to contact you and to measure advertising, and only as needed to operate this funnel.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and similar advertising measurement tools. These tools may set cookies on your device to help us understand which ads bring visitors to the site. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
